Do you offer a refund? A return? An Exchange?

  • Unfortunately, we are not offering REFUNDS/RETURNS or EXCHANGES at this time.

What if an item is sold out and I would like to request to see when or if that item will be restocked?

  •  Send an email to barnumboutique@gmail.com on our contact page, include the item name and size needed.

 

When will my card be charged?

  • We will charge your card at the time of purchase, so that we may hold the item for you, process the payment & ship out your item(s).

 

What if an item was damaged or broken upon receiving it from the carrier, is it eligible for an exchange?

  • Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any broken items such as jewelry or eyewear sent out, we pride ourselves in sending our items in brand new condition and proper packaging before sending shipments out.

 

Will there be a PLUS SIZE for women added to the boutique?

  • YES!!!! We are in the process of adding items and expanding the sizing, therefore, we can cater to all women. Emails will be sent out in the notifications when we do expand. Sign up today!!!! 

 

Do you offer PRE ORDERS at the boutique?

  • We do not offer pre-orders at this time, any new items will be added to our website as a "new arrival". 


What does your Curbside Payment Policy or services require? 

  • Please pay the FULL cart total (including shipping) from our website.
  • Shipping expenses will cover transportation of delivery.
  • We DO NOT accept cash or carry due to past FRAUDULENT activities.
  • Cash App. payments will be accepted (Barnum Boutique $dan2dayell) please leave your name and # in "Notes" tab when sending payment.
  • Barnum Boutique will then contact you to set up your delivery time frame.
  • Curbside covers Sacramento, California only.
